1. Service description

Muovi Lazio (muovilazio.webizio.it) is a free informational platform that lets you browse schedules, routes and stops of local buses in Lazio and find authorised resellers for MetreBus Plus tickets and passes. The service is provided by Valerio Zappone. Consulting schedules, lines and points of sale is freely accessible without registration. Registering and managing a point of sale on the platform requires Google account authentication.

2. Data sources

Schedules and routes published derive from public data provided by Astral S.p.A. / Cotral S.p.A. and are reworked to make them usable on mobile devices. Muovi Lazio is not affiliated with nor authorised by Astral, Cotral or the Lazio Region. The data is reworked for informational purposes. In case of discrepancies, the official documents published by the respective bodies prevail.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

Information is provided "as is", with no warranty of completeness, accuracy or currency. Schedules, routes and point-of-sale availability may change without notice. Users are encouraged to verify information with official sources.

Point-of-sale information is provided directly by registered merchants or by the community via reports, and is not verified by the Controller.

4. Limitation of liability

The Controller is not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in published information
• Delays, cancellations or changes to the transit service
• Incorrect point-of-sale information (hours, address, availability)
• Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service
• Content published by registered merchants (photos, opening hours, services offered)
• Reports submitted by users containing inaccurate information

5. User reports

Users may report new points of sale or errors in published information. By submitting a report, the user grants Muovi Lazio a free, non-exclusive licence to use, modify and publish the information provided in order to improve the service. The user declares that the information provided is truthful and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Merchant registration and content

Merchants who register a point of sale on Muovi Lazio agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information about their business
• Grant Muovi Lazio a free, non-exclusive and revocable licence to publish the information and photos provided
• Keep their data up to date

The Controller reserves the right to deactivate or remove points of sale that contain false, misleading or inappropriate information, without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The source code, design and original content of Muovi Lazio are owned by Valerio Zappone / Webizio. Public transit data derives from public sources. Content provided by merchants (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the respective authors; publication on Muovi Lazio occurs under the licence granted in section 6.

8. Changes to the terms

The Controller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page.

9. Minimum age

The service is intended for users aged 14 or older, in compliance with art. 8 GDPR and Italian law (Legislative Decree 101/2018).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
